How to use

Always pour the milk in the Shaker first and then the powder

Preparation for a weight-control diet:

To replace a meal, mix 50 g of Yokebe (5 heaped measuring spoons or 5 heaped tablespoons) in 200 ml low-fat milk (1.5 % fat) and add 1/2 teaspoon (1.5 g) vegetable oil with a high level of unsaturated fatty acids (sunflower, safflower or grape seed oil). Stir the mixture well or shake it. This diet must include other types of low-calorie food.

Preparation with water – no vegetable oil:

If Yokebe is prepared with water instead of milk, a prepared portion contains 729 kJ (172 kcal) with 0.6 g fat, 16.3 g carbohydrates and 25.4 g protein. The preparation with water is not a replacement for a complete meal.

For those wanting a protein boost:

People who have high physical requirements can use Yokebe as a protein supplement. 2–5 tbsp of Yokebe a day with some liquid can contribute significantly to providing the body with its protein requirement. (Not as a meal replacement)
